Hup’s has the best thin-crust pizza in Milwaukee. It’s takeout-only with no dine-in option, but the quality is exceptional. I’ve never been disappointed. I’m willing to drive 30 minutes across town just to get it. I highly recommend calling ahead to place your order, or you’ll likely wait at least 15-20 minutes in your car. If you’re a pizza enthusiast, you have to try Hup’s—it’s well worth it!

I love how the pizza tastes exactly the same as it did when I was a child. My only challenge is deciding what I love most about it—could it be the thick, gooey cheese, the simple tomato sauce, or the sausage? For me, it’s definitely the sausage. Next time, I’ll skip the pepperoni because I feel it didn’t enhance the pizza.

I always order “the works,” and the price, the drive, and even the cash-only policy are all worth it. This is my go-to spot for game days, and nothing will change my opinion about it being the best pizza in the world. Some people complain about the way the pizza is cut, but I couldn’t care less! It’s takeout-only, so you can cut it however you want at home—with a pizza cutter, a knife, or even scissors. My love for Hup’s remains unchanged.

The pizza here is always made exactly how I order it, and it never disappoints! My only issue is the pickup process. Hup’s has been around long enough to expand the pickup area inside. During winter, it’s frustrating to have to stand outside in the freezing cold to collect food I’ve already pre-ordered over the phone. It feels like a disservice to loyal customers like me.
